If you have suicidal or homicidal thoughts, contact the crisis number in your area or go to the emergency room for an urgent evaluation.

You have to be safe for yourself and others in order to be eligible for an appointment at the Psychiatric Virtual clinic.

This service is on an outpatient basis and only people who are and can remain safe are appropriate for Telepsychiatry.

Medical Licences

Currently, the Psychiatric Virtual Clinic can only serve patients located in Vermont.

120 min Initial Evaluation: $398
60 min Psychotherapy: $298
30 min Medication Management: $198
15 min Medication Refill: $98

*Your have to pay out-of-pocket with your Credit Card (See Practice Policies). You will receive a SuperBill that you can use to request a reimbursement from your health insurance company. It is not possible to accept payments from patients who have Medicare. Cannot accept Medicaid. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

You have to make an appointment with your Credit Card, but you will only be charged at the time of the appointment. If you No-Show without making a 24h cancellation request, the full fee will be charged (see Practice Policies).

Primary Care Physician

You need to have a primary care physician (PCP) who can follow your physical health. You are responsible for communicating your mental and physical health information with your PCP and Your Psychiatrist in order to maintain appropriate continuity of care and a comprehensive treatment plan.

Patient Portal

After you schedule your first appointment, you will be invited to register in the patient portal so that you can follow the progress of your care, pay bills, sign forms, print useful documents, cancel and reschedule appointments and securely send and read messages.

Informed Consent

You will need to read and sign a Consent for Telehealth Consultation and an Informed Consent for Psychotherapy. You will also need to agree with the Practice Policies, and the Notice of Privacy Practices. These forms will be provided to you when you will schedule your first appointment.
